TIP: our favorite way to prepare zucchini here at home is slicing in 1 inch rounds, toss in olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and a dash of pepper.  Pop them on the grill, turning them over once they get golden.  Its a tasty, juicy, crisp, treat that is HEALTHY!! (and thats a bonus!)
